Look who moved into a can of coke in Chowder Bay. This Brown Sabretooth Blenny (Petroscirtes lupus) found a new home in a piece of junk just off our jetty. It looks like it is not too impressed by visitors showing up at his new residence. This is of course a shot, I could impossibly pass up :)
To my complete surprise, we also met underwater photographers Alex Mustard and Shannon Conway at the same dive site, who were just about to go in and had already met the Blenny on a previous dive. Small word indeed.
Camera settings: Nikon D300, 60mm macro, ISO 200, f/16 for 1/250s. Adjusted for levels, saturation and white balance in Aperture, and corners darkened in Color Efex Pro.
